16101 Old Highway 99 S

FABULOUS 360 VIEW OF MT. SHASTA and surrounding mountains along with the Shasta Valley!!! Comfortable ranch house sits atop a little knoll overlooking acres & acres of premium farmland. Bathroom was recently remodedled and upated. Take note of the metal roof and unfinished basement. Per Seller water is plentiful with 1000 GPM combined between 4 wells. This property has been owned by the same farmer for decades! It's only on the market because at 95 years young he is ready to downsize. When he was actively farming 2 years ago it produced beautiful dairy quality alfalfa. Pole frame hay barn will hold 500 to 600 tons. Most of the farm equipment remains with the farm along with 3 wheel lines. Good sized metal shop building too.
