10135 Little bogus Creek

Beautiful acreage in the Mountains, this property has lots of potential with a building site already leveled, well, septic, electricity available and driveway in place. Partially fenced. Seasonal creek and ponds. House was partially torn down years ago and has one large room still standing. It could possibly be made into small cabin. Has some other outbuilding and animal pens. Needs some cleanup but can be brought back to life. Build your forever home in the serenity of the Siskiyou County Mountains. Near the Klamath River, and driving distance to several lakes, ski resorts, national forest and multiple mountain ranges, this is an outdoor paradise.
