000 Scarface

69.9+/- acres located about 15 minutes from Fort Jones, on the east side of Scott Valley! This is a hillside parcel in a quiet location. There are several level/gently sloping areas as you'll see in the photos, but most of the land is hillside -varying from sloping to steep. The road to the property is a gravel road and the property is fenced along the road and on the west side, but is not fully fenced. There is a well, no information about production or depth, no well pump or equipment. A septic will be needed. There is no power, but there is high speed fiber optic at the street. The property does have CC&R's which require owner to fence if they are grazing livestock. The views of the Marble Mountains are beautiful from the ridge top. Outdoor recreation or potential future homesite - peaceful country acreage!
